Stevie Award winners to be announced in Las Vegas
Sydney, NSW — 22 September 2022. Owner and Managing Director of ICMS Australasia Emma Bowyer has been named a finalist in the Woman of the Year — Business Services category in the 19th Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business. She will ultimately be a Gold, Silver or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honour women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the companies they run worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners will be announced during a gala event at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Friday 11 November. Nominated women executives and entrepreneurs from the United States and several other countries are expected to attend. The event will also be broadcast via livestream.
More than 1,500 entries were submitted for consideration in over 100 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women and Women Run Workplace of the Year.
Throughout the pandemic, Emma held steadfast in her resolve to work through the many challenges the company and its clients were facing. She did so with the backing of her 30-strong staff, whom she retained under full employment conditions throughout.
Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 200 business professionals around the world working across seven juries. Their scores also determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements.
The Stevie Awards event will be complemented by the fifth edition of the Women|Future Conference, a three-day educational and networking conference presented virtually from 8–10 November.
